Collaborated with the marketing team and art director to design websites, brand app, social media, promotion banner, and packaging for 30+ KYURAMEN restaurants. Led branding and promotional campaigns for clients like TBAAR, MAIKO MATCHA, and various brands across industries.

Conducted user research through surveys, A/B testing, and observations to drive app enhancements and boost user satisfaction. Collaborated with engineering to refine UI designs, improving engagement and app performance.
